Adega Cachín

About the winery

In the shadow of the monastery of San Paio, in the village of Abeleda, A Teixeira, we find one of the most pampered and carefully tended vineyards in the Ribeira Sacra. César Enríquez Diéguez and his family began with the dream of restoring a beautiful hillside steeped in history, which produced the grapes used to pay the tithes of the kings of Castile. Adega Cachín farms 8 hectares of vineyards, 5 of them on the plot that gives its name, and also its prestige thanks to the excellent fruit it yields, to the Peza do Rei brand.
