Eladio Piñeiro Rural Wines is a family winery in Vilaxoán, Vilagarcía de Arousa (Pontevedra), within the D.O. Rías Baixas and overlooking the Ría de Arousa. Eladio Piñeiro makes his Albariños following biodynamic principles and the slow philosophy, letting nature set the rules and seeking wines that are true to their landscape, far from the globalisation of taste. His labels include Envidiacochina, Amodiño, La Coartada, La Ola and the sparkling Flor de Carme. The guided visit covers the history of the house, the vineyard and the winemaking, and ends with a tasting of its wines and its family-recipe liqueurs and orujos.
