Adega Adral is a winery in the Rías Baixas D.O. that combines innovation and craftsmanship. It currently makes the wine Adral. Facilities: the 17th-century Casa Grande houses both the home and the winery, preserving the original wine press within its imposing stone structure, but now equipped with the most modern technology, to combine innovation and craftsmanship. While the century-old oak barrels rest in the atrium on wooden beams, stainless steel tanks now line up in the winemaking room, in a space as spotless as it is old.
