About the winery
Ados in Basque, our mother tongue, means “agreed”. It is a name that captures our feeling for and recognition of those who passed on to us their way of life as a heritage founded on the humility, sacrifice and patience typical of country people. The heirs to this commitment are Arantza and Mª José Zabala Olaskoaga, and we want to present to you this Basarte txakoli, made and bottled on the estate. The property forms a single vineyard around the farmhouse, with an area of 4.5 ha, planted with Ondarrabi Zuri and Ondarrabi Beltza.
