About the winery
A family winery in Lezama devoted to making txakoli under the Bizkaiko Txakolina Denominación de Origen. This excellent txakoli is the result of work that starts in the vineyard, carefully tending its whole growing cycle, and then, after a selective harvest, making it in the winery with artisan, limited production. We carry out the vineyard work by hand, complying very rigorously with the specific regulations of the sector. Healthy grapes, a timely harvest and perfect winemaking are essential to obtain a great txakoli.
