About the winery
Set up as an agricultural processing company (Sociedad Agraria de Transformación, S.A.T.), this winery combines modern winemaking facilities with the most traditional winemaking methods. The current head of the winery, Cristóbal Boo, represents the fourth generation of the family devoted to wine production. As a result of these roots and of domestic tradition, Boo Rivero makes wines with a personality of their own that have been recognised on several occasions with prestigious industry awards.
