About the winery
Bodega la Haya is a small winery in the D.O. Valle de La Orotava. We make three types of white wine (fruity, dry and barrel-aged). Our production is very limited. Our wines are 90% Listán Blanco and 10% multi-varietal (Albillo, Gual, Malvasía, Forastera Gomera and Vijariego Blanco), native varieties of the Canary Islands, from vines more than 200 years old and with a unique training system called multiple braided cordon (Cordón Trenzado Múltiple).
