About the winery
The Merrutxu farmhouse produces, under Denominación de Origen, the wine brand “Txakoli Merrutxu”, an excellent signature wine made in very limited quantities, which can only be enjoyed at a selection of restaurants and at the farmhouse itself, whether in its winery, its wine tasting area or its dining room, as guests are offered breakfast and dinner. Visitors can see the vineyards with their Ondarrabi Zuri and Folle Blanche varieties, recommended and authorised for making these wines.
