Bodega Vinifícate was born in 2011 in San Fernando (Cádiz), within the Cádiz vino de la tierra, founded by two brothers who want to showcase what has always been grown in their land. They work only with native varieties from the Jerez area and with spontaneous fermentations, using the yeasts that come in from the vineyard, so that each wine reflects its plot and the coast where they grew up. Their flagship wine is Mahara, from Tintilla, fermented with whole bunches and aged in clay amphorae. The Amorro range includes a red, a Palomino white from the Marquesado pago in Chiclana, aged in concrete, and ancestral-method sparkling wines, some made from Tintilla from the Balbaina pago in Jerez.
