About the winery
Bodegas del Valle is in Los Cojos, one of the hamlets of Requena, right in the D.O. Utiel-Requena. It is an old winery that also works as a winery-museum, keeping part of the area's winemaking history within its walls. It makes five wines by hand from its own vineyard, and also produces extra virgin olive oil. Its wine tourism offer, available all year by appointment, begins with a walk through the vineyard its wines come from, continues with a tasting of the five wines and the oil in the vineyard itself, and ends with a guided tour of the winery explaining the whole winemaking process.
