About the winery
The origins of our winery date back to 1765. However, at the beginning of the 20th century, the legendary firm Palomino & Vergara was founded by the Jerez gentlemen Don Juan Vergara and Don Juan Palomino. Years later, these wineries became part of Rumasa, operating successfully for more than 20 years, and then passed into the hands of Jerez's first multinational, John Harvey & Sons Ltd. Finally, in 1992 this complex was acquired by its current owner, Don José Paez Morilla, creator of Bodegas Dios Baco, S.L.
