About the winery
More than a century ago, master cooper José Antonio Sierra, a great expert in the craft closest to Jerez wine thanks to his thriving La Merced cooperage, though an outsider to the great winemaking families, dared to launch a dream. He did so in what was then the outskirts of Jerez, where the El Maestro Sierra winery still stands today, charming, discreet and proud.
