About the winery
The A Fillaboa estate, «good daughter», dates back to the 17th century. The estate's name comes from a local legend with many parallels to Charles Perrault's tale «Cinderella», in which two daughters of a Count envied their younger sister, to whom their father left the best land as her inheritance, called by the locals the «terras fartas da fillaboa».
