About the winery
Francisco Gómez saw in these lands what he had pursued for so long, the perfect setting for his dream: incomparable surroundings in which to establish a modern winery where quality, sustainability and respect for the environment would come first. He took over from the old La Serrata winery, where wine was already being made in the 18th century, and carried out the necessary renovations to make it a benchmark in Alicante for agricultural production and innovation.
