About the winery
To go back to our beginnings, we would inevitably have to return to 28 December 1935, when the founder of our company, José Mellado Martín, was born, since from childhood, as in many homes in Chipiona, small quantities of wine were made in his house every year at harvest time. With him was also born a dream: to make a Moscatel de Pasas from our land whose flavour would evoke the essence of Chipiona, the taste of its people, the texture of its sea, the scent of its breeze and the hues of its land.
