About the winery
Located in Los Isidros, within the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park (province of Valencia), Bodegas José V Pardo emerges from the lands of La Albosa and the power of these lands and their vines. Our wines are handcrafted with traceability from growing the grapes in the vineyard, through the winemaking process, to the bottle. The vines are grown in a way that fully respects nature: without using plant protection products to fight pests and using manure as fertiliser.
