About the winery
In the early twentieth century, José María Latorre García made his wines in two trullos (traditional wine vats) on Calle Del Árbol and Calle San Blas in Venta del Moro. In 1940, seeing the steady increase in vineyards in the area, thanks to the vine's great ability to spread compared with other crops, he decided to build a winery on the outskirts of the town.
