About the winery
The Bodegas Luis Pérez project was started by Luis Pérez Rodríguez, professor of oenology at the University of Cádiz and former winemaker at Domecq, together with his children. Over these 15 years we have made Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot on the marl and gypsum soils of La Hacienda Vistahermosa, in the Pago del Corchuelo. In this latest stage we are making wines from Tintilla de Rota and have begun an exciting project delving into the roots of Jerez.
