About the winery
Bodegas Mano a Mano is located in the municipality of Alhambra (Ciudad Real), beside the CM-412 road linking Valdepeñas and Villanueva de los Infantes, and its wines are labelled under the Vino de la Tierra de Castilla designation. According to the specialist retailer Vinissimus, the project began in 2003 and since the 2007 vintage has made its wines in a building of some 5,000 m² surrounded by about 300 hectares of old Tempranillo, planted on sandy soils over river stones, clay and limestone, with yields below two kilos per vine. Its range includes the Mano a Mano red, a Tempranillo with six months in French and American oak barrels, and the Venta La Ossa line, with Tempranillo and Syrah versions.
