About the winery
An active man full of initiative, owner of high-quality vineyards and engaged in the firewood business, he owned a warehouse on Calle de la Plaza (formerly Magistral Cabrera) where he kept some casks that stored the harvest of his vineyards year after year. He gradually expanded the vineyards, the casks and the solera in the pine firewood warehouse, where he also stored the palillos (the nickname given to vine stakes), from which the wine Fino Palillo would take its name.
