About the winery
In the 1980s the Padín-Garrido family launched a small business project to sell Albariño wine in the growing regional market, drawing on the knowledge and experience accumulated over years of producing their own wine by hand. Galicia has a long winemaking tradition, popularised by the Romans with vine growing; later, the Camino de Santiago influenced winemaking techniques.
