About the winery
Bodegas Pasiego was born in 1997, when three friends decided, as a hobby, to embark on this adventure under the name Criadores Artesanos. Initially we only “aged” wine bought in bulk and then bottled it, in the basement of a house in Utiel. We soon caught the bug and began making wine from our own grapes, as we have lived viticulture since we were very young.
