About the winery
The lower course of the river Ulla and the granite native to the Terras de Iria are the cradle of the Pazo Arretén winery, where we carefully make Albariño wines from the Ribeira do Ulla subzone of the Rías Baixas denominación de origen. Our vineyards cover 6.5 hectares on the estate of the historic Pazo Arretén, built by the Bermúdez de Castro family in the sixteenth century, birthplace of the great Galician writer Rosalía de Castro.
