About the winery
On 10 February 1664 one of our ancestors, Simón de la Cárcel de Corpa, bought an estate in Rebollar, as attested by an original document signed before the notary of the town of Requena. According to the research carried out, our ancestor later left both the estate and its work to a successor. That is how we know that, even then, they were devoted to growing vines and making wine.
