About the winery
Santiago Ruiz was universally recognised as the Father of Albariño. His family had been making wine since the late 19th century, and he continued the tradition. It was not until he retired that he devoted himself fully to his passion for wine. Winemaker and promoter, Santiago Ruiz is respected both for his career and for his commitment to the land.
