About the winery
Torralbenc was born of a challenge: to take up the legacy of others, rebuild it and recover it. To restore a traditional Menorcan estate and bring an abandoned land back to life, restoring its essence. In 2005 the Sidercom group bought the Torralbenc estate with the aim of developing an agritourism and winery project. The estate had been abandoned, the fields were untilled and the buildings in very poor condition, some in ruins. The project got off to a strong start in 2011, when the restoration work began.
