About the winery
When we acquired the Mediterranean estate of Torre Enmedio in the hills of the province of Alicante (Spain), more than 30 years ago now, we had long been lovers of good wine but had never thought of producing it ourselves. What began as a hobby for our own consumption has, over the years, become a small, exclusive winery that produces wine using the most modern winemaking methods without leaving aside the strengths of tradition.
