About the winery
Our ageing cellars, located in Chiclana de la Frontera, are registered in the production area of the Jerez–Xérès–Sherry D.O. The San José, San Juan, Santa Teresa, Santa Elisa, La Cruz, La Carmela and La Andana Húmeda cellars form a unique architectural ensemble in Chiclana de la Frontera. Located in the La Banda district, thanks to their proximity to the Atlantic, the salt marshes, the Bay of Cádiz and the river Iro, they have enjoyed a perfect and unique microclimate for ageing fortified wines for 160 years.
