About the winery
The Bodegas Volver project was born in 2004, led by Rafael Cañizares, a winemaker by training and a winegrower by a family tradition of more than four generations linked to the vine and wine. The winery's pillars are based on repositioning quality Spanish wines, recovering old vineyards of native varieties which, whether because of their low yields or a lack of generational succession, would otherwise have been lost.
