About the winery
Our distinguished and carefully crafted production, achieved by combining artisanal experience treasured over centuries with the most advanced technical means, makes the Cooperativa Valenciana Virgen Pobre de Xaló an emblematic winery for high-quality wines and liqueurs (white and red mistela and vermouth). The winery building was built in the early 1960s, initially gathering winery equipment from the members themselves: presses, tanks and casks.
