About the winery
A genuine estate Albariño, or pago Albariño. This estate was planted in 2002 after more than two years of bringing together, plot by plot, more than 200 small parcels from more than 70 different owners, a clear reflection of Galician «minifundismo» (smallholdings). Albariño was trained on trellises to obtain grapes that are better aired, sunnier and lower in acidity than would be obtained with other systems such as the pergola.
