About the winery
Compañía de Vinos La Zorra is the project of Olga Martin and Agustín Maillo, two young people from the Sierra passionate about wine, who grew up in Cepeda and Mogarraz, where every household made its own wine, and who continued their love affair with it at the Restaurante Mirasierra, where they are head of the dining room and sommelier. The idea is to make singular wines, wines that can show the world the vast palette of nuances that can arise in a relatively small area of land such as our Sierra de Francia.
