About the winery
Enrique María Trénor y Lamo de Espinosa is the 3rd Count of La Vallesa de Mandor, 2nd Count of Montornés and 8th Count of Noroña, a branch of the extensive Trénor family. The Enrique Trénor winery, which gives its name to our “Conde de Montornés” wines, is located in an exceptional spot known as Casa D. Lucio, just 15 km from Yecla. It was founded in the mid-19th century by Pedro del Portillo y Ortega, great-grandfather of the current owner, and belongs to the Yecla Denominación de Origen, one of the highest-quality wine regions in Spain.
