About the winery
Eido da Fonte is a small family winery in the Condado do Tea subzone of the D.O. Rías Baixas, based in Valeixe, in the municipality of A Cañiza. The family has been devoted to wine for nearly a century, and the current generation grew up inside the winery itself, guided by the advice and experience of those who came before. They tend and select the grapes from their own vineyard themselves, with a firm commitment to quality. For years they sold mainly direct, and today they have moved into online sales to take their wines further afield. Their range is short and very personal: an Albariño, a Sousón and a blended red, all three under the D.O. Rías Baixas.
