About the winery
Among slate stones, with no water other than rain, and battling the Tramuntana wind, the vines of the family estate Sa Cudia Nova give a very small harvest, which is tended and hand-selected to make these singular white wines. With its wide range of floral aromas and persistent fruity retronasal notes, typical of the Menorcan countryside, Malvasía is the wine par excellence for calderetas and fish.
