About the winery
The artisanal, traditional style of the classic French “Château” transferred to our culture. Thus our winery is in the very centre of the estate. Winemaking becomes something natural, organic; the winery is the core that harmonises and balances. After manual harvesting into 10 kg crates, the grapes are meticulously sorted on the selection table and finally fall into the vats, taking advantage of the winery's natural slope. The winery is the heart of a fluid and calm process marked by tradition and rigour.
