The “Herederos de Avelino Lorenzo” winery was born when its founder, Avelino Lorenzo Giráldez, retired. It was established by his six children, but always under the watchful eye of Avelino who, like all restless spirits, resists bureaucratic retirements. “Herederos de Avelino Lorenzo” inherits not only the vineyards pampered by its creator or the winery converted to new winemaking methods, in which wood and stainless steel blend harmoniously (tradition and technique as the epicentre of any cultural and technological evolution).
