About the winery
Lagar da Condesa is the Gil Family's project in the Rías Baixas Denominación de Origen, Galicia, within the Val do Salnés. The winery is set in Arcos da Condesa, an area of great winemaking tradition in the municipality of Caldas de Reis, where thermal waters and the vine have been linked to its history since time immemorial. The winery is built of granite, like the typical Galician pazos, and is surrounded by vineyards; inside it houses the most modern technology.
