Opened in 2013, its design follows the principle of absolute respect for the architecture and nature of the area, through the use of granite, the integration of a small stream and adjoining woodland, the construction of a porch that shelters the grape sorting table and landscaping with native vegetation. Inside, the most modern and grape-friendly techniques available have been implemented, always seeking maximum excellence in making single-varietal Albariño and orujos.
