Las Pamelas is the Lurueña family winery in San Esteban de la Sierra, in the Sierra de Francia area of Salamanca. It is run by Nandi Lurueña, who handles winemaking, together with Jesús Losa, in charge of the vineyard, and winemaker Carlos de las Heras, and they work in an artisanal way, involved in every stage of the process. They use the local mountain varieties: Las Pamelas Tinto 01 blends Rufete and Garnacha, and Las Pamelas Blanco 02 is made from Rufete Blanco Serrano. The winery organises activities with tastings, such as guided vineyard walks, tastings in San Esteban, bike routes and outings along the Ruta de los Lagares Rupestres, with dates announced as they are set.
