Les Freses is in Jesús Pobre, between Dénia and Xàbia, at the foot of the Montgó and a few kilometres from the sea, in the Marina Alta and within the D.O. Alicante. The name recalls that its vines stand on old, abandoned strawberry fields that were replanted with vines. Its main grape is Muscat of Alexandria, used for dry whites such as Les Freses, Àmfora and La Rectoria and for the sweet Dolç; they also work with red Muscat for the rosé Rosa, Forcallà for the red Xiulit and Giró for Cupertino, which is aged in French oak. They ferment with their own yeasts and use steel tanks, demijohns and clay amphorae. The visit covers the vineyard and the winery and ends with a tasting of three wines with local products.
