Los Gredales de El Toboso is a family winery in El Toboso, in the heart of La Mancha in the province of Toledo, which has been making wine since 1949 from grapes grown in its own vineyards. The craft has passed from parents to children, and today the family combines traditional methods with a more modern outlook. They farm organically, without harsh chemicals, take care over grape selection and barrel ageing, and their underground cellar keeps a natural temperature that saves energy. Their range, under the I.G.P. Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla, includes single-varietal wines such as a Sauvignon Blanc, a Garnacha rosé, a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Syrah and a Graciano Crianza, all organic.
