About the winery
A small winery with a capacity of 20,000 litres, in a setting that combines old stone walls with the warmth of chestnut wood. It has 2.7 ha of vineyard spread over 29 plots. The working philosophy is very simple: using native varieties, recovering sandy-siliceous hillside soils and practising low-yield, manual and environmentally friendly viticulture. In recent years it has made an “escolma” range, from the best plots, which combines a very low yield (1 kg per vine)
