About the winery
Our philosophy in the winery is based on the utmost respect for the grape and minimal intervention in the wines, without using any kind of additive except sulphur in moderate doses. We bottle without fining and with only a coarse filtration, seeking to preserve each wine's own personality in its fullest expression. We harvest in stages, according to the ripeness of each vineyard. We sort the bunches in the vineyard and transport them to the winery in 15 kg crates, avoiding breakage and spillage of must.
