Quinta Soutullo
About the winery
A deep attachment to the land, handed down from generation to generation with effort, dedication and sacrifice, growing vines and making wine in the traditional way, led the Rivero Pardo family in 2017 to commission the construction of their new winery, covered by the certification of the Monterrei Designation of Origin. They currently farm more than 5 hectares of their own vineyards in the village of Oimbra, located in the south-western part of the Monterrei valley.
