Sa Bodega de Son Cremat is a small winery in Maó, in the east of Menorca, making wines under the Vi de la Terra Illa de Menorca indication. Its owner, Joan Fullana, was elected in 2025 as president of the Menorca Wine Producers' Association, which brings together a dozen of the island's wineries, Son Cremat among them. Menorca has a long winemaking tradition: in the 19th century demand from British ships in the port of Maó took the vineyard area to around 1,500 hectares, before phylloxera reduced it almost to home consumption; the geographical indication was recognised in 2002. Son Cremat welcomes visitors by prior booking, in a small, personalised format that includes a tour of the facilities and a tasting of its wines.
