Viña Santa Petronila is a vineyard estate with many centuries of tradition, located in the Pago de Macharnudo, the best wine-growing area of Jerez Superior. A tour of the Smallest Sherry Winery in the World offers the chance to learn about the journey “from the Vine to the Glass”: the work in the fields, the harvest, the treading in the press and life in the vineyards. Here the finest signature Jerez Superior is aged by hand, obtained from white albariza soils and old vines, carefully tended and harvested by hand.
