Of the great wineries of the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin, few can claim a long family tradition, with the depth and experience that so-called modern knowledge does not always provide to nurture this unique wine. Even before the Rías Baixas D.O. body was established and set its regulations, the forerunners of Sobral were producing a magnificent single-varietal wine from the Albariño grape.
