Torgo
About the winery
Torgo is an organic estate with vines and fruit trees in Parada de Achas, in the municipality of A Cañiza (Pontevedra), not far from the river Miño. The winery is in the family house, and the vineyard sits on high ground with views, on terraces held up by stone walls, facing the sun and full of biodiversity. There they grow Albariño, Loureira and Treixadura, the three grapes in their Torgo wine. The estate welcomes guided visits that walk through the vineyard and winery and end with a tasting, and it also offers activities such as storytelling, local cooking, joining the harvest or plans that combine wine and sport, with accommodation next to the vines. Dogs are welcome.
