Vínculo Serrano

◍ Salamanca

About the winery

Vínculo Serrano is a small family winery in the Sierra de Salamanca, within the D.O.P. Sierra de Salamanca, whose wines bear the name of Pedro Martín. It farms small mountain plots, mostly old vineyards such as La Hontanilla and El Calvario, with simple, traditional winemaking. Rufete is its main variety: it gives Pedro Martín Rufete and, together with Tempranillo, Pedro Martín Tempranillo-Rufete, while the white Marta is a limited edition made from Rufete Serrano Blanco. It belongs to the Ruta del Vino Sierra de Francia and offers experiences tied to the landscape, such as sunset tastings among the vines, tastings with local produce and walks to the rock-cut wine presses of San Esteban de la Sierra.
